ABOUT US
ZAK Film is a Pan-European production company based in Berlin, Hamburg, London and Paris, run by Philipp Zakrzewski, Jelena Goldbach and Jannik Büddig. Our focus is on feature films and serialised drama for the international market.
For our director driven projects, we provide carefully selected talent with a home base. Working closely together, we produce high-class independent films. With our producer driven projects, we develop scripts with authors and package projects to find experienced directors for ambitious feature films and serialised drama.
We are alumni of the EAVE and Torino Film Lab programs and members of the German Film Producers Association (VDFP), the German Film Academy and the European Film Academy.

ZAK FILM NOW IN HAMBURG
We’re proud to announce that ZAK Film has opened a partner office in Hamburg and we would also like to use the opportunity to welcome Jan Frers, our newest addition to the team.
Together with Jannik Büddig, Jan will run business in the north of Germany.

ZAK FILM JOINS FORCES WITH IN.2
We're delighted to announce that we've partnered up with IN.2 Film, Johnny Depp's UK based production company, to develop and co-produce BEFORE THE MONSOON, a psychological drama based on the novel WHO ARE YOU by Anna Kavan, following a young woman exiled to a colonial outpost in British Burma.
This partnership will bring Anna Kavan's story to the big screen for the first time. We couldn't be more excited to share this project with potential buyers.
